Low-profile SXGA camera module

We are pleased to announce the development of a low-profile SXGA camera module. We expect this camera module will register its position among those which have earned unanimous customer acceptance due to their compact sizes. The particulars of this module are outlined below.

In recent years, requests for still smaller and thinner camera module designs have become ever stronger to avoid having to design mobile phones to accommodate added functions.

This module is to respond to such market requests.

Being only 4.7 mm high, which is the industry's thinnest level for 8 mm sq. type SXGA products, and which is made available through optimization of the design of its optical system, this new product will turn out to be a contributor for even smaller and thinner equipment. Its excellent image pick-up performance in dim light makes this module a good choice for a variety of shooting scenes.

This product can be supplied together with a matching connector or FPC.
