Wide-angle camera module for automotive applications developed
We are pleased to announce the development of "3 camera modules for automotive applications (M100)". Its marketing activities have started.
Wide-angle type products for photographing wide-range pictures have been a requirement for automotive camera modules in recent years. Picture taking in dim light such as night time requires products to be excellent in image taking in low luminance.
To meet these needs, we have developed "3 types of automotive camera modules (M100)".
These new products have the lens composition optimized and super wide-angle image taking (Note 1) realized, to be most suitable for automotive applications where a wide angular field of view is required. Further, adoption of a F2.4 lens (Note 1) makes image taking performance excellent in low luminance and use at night possible.
Our product line-up includes 3 types of products for a wider engineering choice, such as a smaller distortion type of 140 degrees of angular field of view and 132 degree type, in addition to a super wide angular field of view type of 190 degrees..
