Ver2.1+EDR compliant BT304 series Bluetooth® serial port adapter developed

   We are pleased to announce the development of the “BT304 series Bluetooth® serial port adapter”, the best choice for serial wireless communication and dial-up connection.

Bluetooth® wireless technology is used for communication among many types of devices as globally usable standard of short-range wireless communications.  We have commercialized serial port adapters dedicated for substitution of serial cables through the use of Bluetooth® wireless technology.  In recent years, the addition of dial-up connection capability via a mobile phone has been required of these products.

The “BT304 series Bluetooth® serial port adapter” we developed this time responds to such needs.

In addition, this BT304 series adapter is compliant with Version2.1+EDR and supports a secure simple pairing (SSP) function which allows simple Bluetooth® connection of devices.
