Millimeter Wave Sensors "Milweb™"
This is a high-accuracy millimeter-wave radar sensor embedded with SMK's original algorithm. The introduction of millimeter-wave radars is deemed to have a high hurdle as it requires sophisticated technologies for design and manufacturing. However, SMK offers proposals as a set with software. This allows flexible customization according to the use case and leads to smooth introduction. When embedding it into the devices of our customers, we also support customization according to their needs.

Operating Principle
A millimeter-wave sensor transmits electromagnetic waves of several tens of GHz and receives electromagnetic waves that return after being reflected off the target object. This signal is analyzed using SMK's original algorithm to calculate distance, speed, and angle, allowing the object's positional information, breathing rate, body motion data, and other such information to be obtained with high accuracy.

Three Algorithms
The original sensing algorithm developed by SMK analyzes data obtained from the millimeter-wave sensor to achieve a wide range of detection, from minute vibrations to vital data and people's movements. In the Milweb™ series, we offer millimeter-wave sensors in three frequency bands optimized for the application.



Milweb™ Evaluation Kit MAK (Milweb™ Application Kit)
We sell the Milweb™ Application Kit (MAK) for trial. It is an evaluation kit that comes with a millimeter-wave sensor and PC application as a set. Various settings can be easily changed using the application. The kit allows non-contact detection performance to be tried out easily. Please feel free to inquire about this kit.
